The experience

The Private Day

A private day on Moreton Bay, built entirely around your group. The whole boat, the whole bay — and a captain who knows exactly where to take you.

6 hours Up to 7 guests Departs New Farm or Manly Boat Harbour

There's no fixed route — and that's the point.

The morning you come aboard, Jeremy reads the wind, the tide and the light, and picks the best of the bay for that day.

Some days that's Moreton Island — the great southern sand hills, the Tangalooma Wrecks alive with fish, or Bulwer in the north and its little Castaway Café. Other days the water sends us across to Stradbroke — the private sand cay of Amity Banks rising out of the bay, and the quiet beach and garden-pub at Amity Point. On the right day, we do both.

Wherever we land, the rhythm is yours: snorkel the clear water, swim from the boat, walk a sandbar that won't be there at high tide, share a French-style lunch in the sun, and watch for the dolphins and turtles Jeremy always seems to know how to find. Far niente is an art — we're happy to teach it.

Where we leave from

We depart from New Farm or Manly Boat Harbour. Jeremy will recommend the best one based on where we're headed, the tides and the wind — but if one is far easier for you, we'll leave from there.
